Court enters not guilty plea for Enrile on plunder

MANILA, Philippines–Senator Juan Ponce-Enrile on Friday refused to enter a plea to charges he plundered over P172 million in Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF).
The Sandiganbayan third division instead entered a not guilty plea for him.
The 90-year-old senator was arraigned after the Sandiganbayan third division denied his request to defer his arraignment.
